We stand by our product - and we want you to be happy with it! Keep in mind; our items are made in small batch production so small variations can be totally normal. That said, if there is anything about your item that hinders your use, we will gladly accept it for an exchange.
Lucky Bug Clothing will gladly accept exchanges for another item or store credit within 30 days of purchase, for any regularly prices items in original condition, with hangtags attached. Clearance items are final sale.
To arrange an exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and name in the subject line. We will provide you with an exchange authorization form and number to write on the outside of the package, as well as an address to return your package to, and you will be good to go!
Please note that we do not provide pre-paid return labels - return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless due to a mistake on our behalf or manufacturer’s defect.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact your postal service or shipper for any questions regarding package delivery.
